UPCOMING FAO REPORT TO HIGHLIGHT ONTARIO SERVICE FEES IN 2019-20
TORONTO, March 16, 2020 – On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the Financial Accountability Office of Ontario (FAO) will release a report highlighting Ontario Service Fees in 2019-20. The report provides information on the Province’s 1,200+ service fees, including service fee rate changes in 2019-20, service fee revenue sources and growth rates, and an analysis of the government’s commitment to increase the delivery of services online.
The report will be posted on the FAO website www.fao-on.org/en/ at 9:00 a.m.
The FAO will provide a media briefing upon request. Ontario’s Financial Accountability Officer, Peter Weltman, will be available for “on-the-record” media questions following release of the report.
