FAO TO RELEASE A REPORT ON ONTARIO’S LABOUR MARKET IN 2022
TORONTO, March 20, 2023 – On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, the Financial Accountability Office of Ontario (FAO) will release a report that provides a summary of the overall labour market in the province, information for demographic groups, industries, major cities, wages, and challenges facing Ontario's labour market.
The report will be posted on the FAO website www.fao-on.org/en/ at 9:00 a.m.
The FAO will provide a background briefing for accredited media at 10:00 a.m. in the media studio at the Ontario Legislature. At the media briefing, senior officials from the FAO will provide a brief presentation and answer questions.
Ontario’s Financial Accountability Officer, Peter Weltman, will make a statement during the presentation and be available for “on-the-record” media questions.
