FAO TO RELEASE ANALYSIS OF PROVINCE’S 2020-21 SPENDING PLAN
TORONTO, May 27, 2020 – On Thursday, May 28, 2020, the Financial Accountability Office of Ontario (FAO) will release its Spending Plan Analysis: 2020-21. The report will provide an analysis of Ontario’s 2020-21 spending plan outlined in the March 2020 Economic and Fiscal Update.
The report will be posted on the FAO website www.fao-on.org at 09:00 a.m.
The FAO will provide a background briefing for accredited media on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. via web conference. Please contact Jessica Martin at 647.527.2385 or JMartin@fao-on.org for log-in and password information.
At the media briefing, senior officials from the Financial Accountability Office of Ontario (FAO) will provide a brief review of the report, and answer questions on a not-for-attribution basis.
Financial Accountability Officer, Peter Weltman, will be available for “on-the-record” media questions immediately following the background briefing.
