FAO TO RELEASE REVIEW OF THE MINISTRY OF CHILDREN, COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES’ SPENDING PLAN
TORONTO, June 3, 2024 – On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, the Financial Accountability Office of Ontario (FAO) will release a report that reviews the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services’ spending plan in the 2024 Ontario Budget and the 2024-25 Expenditure Estimates.
The report will be posted on the FAO website www.fao-on.org at 8:30 a.m.
The FAO will provide a background briefing for accredited media at 10:00 a.m. in the media studio at the Ontario Legislature. At the media briefing, senior officials from the FAO will provide a brief presentation and answer questions.
Following the presentation, Ontario’s Financial Accountability Officer, Jeffrey Novak, will make a statement and respond to media questions.
